INTERIOR AND DRONE FILMING
Mixing drone footages with interior shots is the most complex and most informative. The production is complex but worth it. The video starts with the exteriors and views from the sky. After comes the interior filming where I focus on the style, structure, layout of rooms. The last part of the video is composed with some closing drone shots to remind the surroundings.

DRONE FILMING ONLY
In some cases, it might be better to capture property only with a drone. if your house is situated in a picturesque place with spectacular views but the interiors are not prepared for filming, the style of the house is outdated or simply the interiors are of none importance. Drone footage might be actually the only way to sell the property.

INTERIOR VIDEO OR SIMPLE VIDEO WALKTHROUGH
If you are an apartment owner or the surrounding of your house is not of importance or it simply it might be illegal to fly the drone in your area even with the pilot license, filming interiors might be the best choice.
There are 2 options to capture interiors: Video walkthrough and edited video. The walkthrough is one single shot that slowly shows all the rooms in the property. it might be longish so it is recommended for apartments or small houses only. The edited video is on the other side, composed of many short footages stitched together so length and quality are better controlled.
Walkthrough prices:
Apartment from 70 euro, Small house from 85 euro, Large house from 100
Edited Video prices:
Apartment from 120, Small house from 160, Large house from 240
DID YOU KNOW?
It is illegal to capture or publish drone videos that are made for any economic or marketing reason without special permissions. Don't worry! with me, you are covered. I have the right papers for this job.
Keep in mind that there is a difference between a drone pilot who takes photos and a photographer with a drone license.
The sky is not a limit.
3 steps process
- Provide me with the exact location of the place to be photographed. I need to check if it is legal to fly in this spot, and also analyze the light conditions.
- Prepare the spot - the swimming pool should be clean, the shutters opened, etc.
- Receive files- all files are sent via wetransfer or shared via google drive. they also can be uploaded to my Vimeo account from where you can share it as you wish.
